From Nov 2008 to Jan 2010, Yongxinda is handling international railway transportation of cement equipment from Nanjing to Kazakhstan khantau. The total freight volume is nearly 15,000 tons.
该批货物由于尺寸特殊，无法选择铁路运输，只好采用公路运输；装运时发现客户在磨体上额外增加了30mm的保护轮，这样等于又增加60mm的高度，无形给运输又增加了难度。永信达立即重新调车并与驾驶员研究起运线路，逐一核实运输途中将会碰到的困难，最终选择了比原路线远800多公里的线路，确保货物安全运输。永信达本着“永承信誉、昌盛显达”的经营目标，没有向客户提出增加运输费用；每天跟踪货物信息后传递给客户，为客户节约了不必要的等候时间。轮带是窑支撑装置的重要部分，它与托轮、轴承和挡轮一起承受着窑的全部质量，对窑体还起定位作用，确保窑能安全平稳的进行运转。
Cargos can only be transported by high way not railway due to their particular sizes. And more protections were added for the cargos which increased the height 60mm more and made the transportation even harder. Considering about the difficulties might happen on the way to destination, Yongxinda chose a new route which was 800km longer than the original one to make sure the safety. Moreover, no more fees were charged. And tracking the cargos information for the client everyday ensured client can get the cargos on time.
Pully chain of kiln is an important part of the kiln supporting device, which withstand the kiln along with supporting wheel, bearings and wheel block, but also position the kiln in ensuring safe and smooth running of the kiln.
由于当时工厂为了满足国外客户的要求，对于设备中包含的许多尺寸、重量较大，中心偏移等大型货物进行尺寸调整，调整后的尺寸超出铁路运输要求，均属于特级超限货物。
为不影响客户交货时间，永信达采取公路运输与铁路运输联运的方式，与此同时，提前安排口岸国联计划、车皮调拨、报关报检等工作，强化装车、加固、发运工作，向哈萨克斯坦方铁路局申请加快在阿拉山口推车计划，通过永信达与哈萨克斯坦方铁路局的不懈努力，从而保证了整批货物安全的抵达了目的站，使得发运工作圆满完成。
